Shipping policy


All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks processing time after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $5.99 USPS flat rate shipping to orders placed in the United States and free shipping on US orders over $100. Once shipped, orders usually arrive in around 2-8 days (barring any unexpected carrier delays beyond our control).

We do not offer local deliver or in-shop pickup at this time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to any country USPS delivers to. Shipping times will vary based on your location

Please note, various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States (U.S.) due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, USPS is currently unable to accept items destined to certain countries. For a current list of these affected countries, please visit the USPS 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. In the Night Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
